ENGAGEMENT AND PRICING

Engagements are structured as executive retainers based on scope, complexity, and leadership intensity.

  • Monthly retainers typically range from $15,000 to $45,000
  • Structured executive involvement of approximately 10 to 25 hours per week
  • Engagements are executive leadership roles, not hourly consulting

For organizations outside Southern California, on-site leadership can be incorporated. Travel and scope are structured based on engagement needs.

Leadership Grounded in Experience

Arnulfo Manriquez brings more than 30 years of nonprofit executive leadership, including 16 years as Chief Executive Officer leading complex, multi-entity organizations.

He has operated at scale across education, health, affordable housing, workforce, advocacy and economic mobility, accountable to boards, public agencies, lenders, and regulators.

What he has done:

  • Grew operations from $32M to over $70M.
  • Led unionized, multi-program organizations under public funding pressure.
  • Oversaw real estate development, financing, and long-term assets.
  • Completed mergers and executive-level organizational integration.
  • He has served as both CEO and COO, giving him a full operational lens across strategy, governance, and execution.
